Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions.
Responsible for providing overall leadership for on-site field administration/supervision and providing technical management for all construction operations ensuring the requirements of the project are met with respect to safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control.
Responsible for evaluating specifications and drawings to successfully estimate the cost of the project. Estimators guide construction costs by collecting and studying information, and defining clear scopes of work.
